Life Safety: The main building is protected throughout with a primary wet-pipe fire sprinkler system. The system provided in each of the two primary stairwells is a combination standpipe/sprinkler system which supplies both the individual floor sprinkler systems as well as provides a water supply for firefighting operations if required. The building is provided with a separately controlled sprinkler system equipped with an automatic water flow alarm switch and supervisory switch on each floor.

These devices are supervised by the building's fire alarm system which is monitored by Siemens.

The fire alarm system includes 3 heat detectors, 140 photo detectors, 62 pull stations, 21 water flow alarms, 75 duct detectors, 12 alarm notification application circuits, 24 tamper switches and 18 signaling line circuits.

Access: Tenants to have access to their space 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Amenities: There is an ATM along with convenience and retail stores on the Premises. If needed on site storage in the building can be arranged. The Galleria is located immediately out the front entrance of 45 Erieview Plaza and provides two sit down restaurants, a food court, a bank and ATM, and additional retail stores.
