In Northeast Ohio, CBRE will be celebrating their 25th anniversary during 2011, commemorating the opening of its first Cleveland office in 1986. Since that time, the firm has grown to be a market leader in all facets of commercial real estate brokerage and property management. Currently there are three CBRE brokerage offices covering Northeast Ohio. The main office is located in the former BP Tower located in Public Square in downtown Cleveland. In 2007, another downtown office was established in the Hanna Building, located in the Playhouse Square District. Both of these offices will be merging and occupying space in the new Flat's East Bank Project, slated for completion in 2013. Additionally, to better cover the Akron and Canton markets, a satellite office was created in 1999 in the heart of Downtown Akron. CBRE also has numerous property management offices and client-owned properties strategically located around the region.
CBRE has over 45 professionals actively covering the specialties of office, industrial, retail, land, and investment properties throughout Northeast Ohio. They act as a gateway to the full service offerings of CBRE globally, on behalf of their clients. .
