Korfant & Mazzone, Inc. is a construction management/general contracting firm servicing the greater Cleveland area. Our business is focused on commercial and industrial clients with a majority of our business centered on renovations, building additions and facility improvements.

We are well-known for our adaptive reuse of older and/or abandoned buildings. Many of these projects are within the City of Cleveland, including our own offices located in downtown's Historic Gateway Neighborhood at 1148 Prospect Avenue

Our approach takes on different faces depending upon the client. We are totally open to being your construction manager, general contractor or design builder. All of these approaches are tailored to a client's individual needs to best accomplish the completion of a project.

We also assist clients in the purchase and due diligence of purchasing property performing building studies to providing essential information on existing conditions, needed repairs, fit plans and budget estimates for an informed decisions prior to closing on a property purchase or commitment to a lease.
