Taylor Hawkins joined Bellwether Real Estate Capital as a loan
underwriter in June of 2010. Bellwether Real Estate Capital is a
privately-owned, full-service, commercial mortgage banking company
headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio with offices throughout the
Midwest. Bellwether provides a variety of loan products for
investment real estate, placed through a wide range of
institutional investors, including life insurance companies,
pension funds, government agencies and banks.
Taylor also serves on the Cabinet of Young Leaders, United Way
of Greater Cleveland's young professional group, is actively
involved in the Cleveland Area Alumni Chapter of Beta Gama Sigma
(BGS) Business Honor Society, and is a member of The Cleveland
Professional 20/30 Club.
Taylor earned a Bachelor of Science in Business from Miami
University in Oxford, Ohio in May of 2010. While at Miami, he
majored in finance and was a member of Kappa Alpha Order. Taylor
was born and raised in Bay Village, Ohio on Cleveland's west side,
and attended Bay Village High School.
Taylor is a resident of Downtown Cleveland's Historic Warehouse
District. He is an avid Cleveland sports fan and enjoys playing
soccer, running, biking, skiing, hiking, and many other
activities.
