Noodlecat is a slurpalicious Japanese-American mash-up from the
mind of chef Jonathon Sawyer. Inspired by authentic Japanese ramen
worship and the reliable noodle houses in NYC, Noodlecat creates
traditional Japanese flavors from the bounty of the Cuyahoga
Valley.
Our signature noodles are specially crafted by Ohio City Pasta,
and include Tskumen Ramen, Mori Soba and Kyoto Udon. In addition to
noodles, Noodlecat has a vast sake and rare tea selection.
Following the sustainable business practices of The Greenhouse
Tavern, Noodlecat is also the second certified green restaurant in
the state of Ohio.
