"In the lunchtime world of metropolitan America, quick is the
operative word, which in turn means fried. But, Tea House Noodles
has come to the rescue and Northeast Ohio can't get enough.
There seems to be stigma attached to the new-age food genre,
where the conservative ilk fear they will order raw chewy
grassroots and obscure tasting tea. However that barrier has been
coming down for nearly 10 years in Northeast Ohio with Tea House
Noodles providing the downtown Cleveland and Little Italy working
public a delicious and entirely fresh alternative to the fast food
vortex that can be found around every corner. Considered "quick
food" with an energetic punch. Tea House Noodles offers New Asian
cuisine that contains no lard, is low in fat and sodium and (GASP!)
is not fried. Can you imagine such a lunch?
Our menu is universally loved for the inventive rice and noodle
bowls (all bowls with steamed veggies), tasty sauces (see menu),
unique salad dressings (lemon grass vinaigrette, sesame ginger, and
spicy peanut) and blissful smoothies (banana, strawberry, mango,
pineapple coconut and raspberry), as well as a fresh and extensive
juice bar."
