Design + Content Standards
Banner designs need to provide information regarding a geological district in the city, non-profit institutions, community facilities, and special events of a cultural, civic, or community nature. Six to eight words of content may be used
per banner design.
The use of phone numbers, websites, addresses, sales, prices, or other advertising language will not be accepted. No inappropriate words or images may be used.
Sponsors may have a maximum of two logos per banner. A sponsor logo may be placed in the lower or upper 12 inches of the banner.

City Review Process
All designs must be approved by the DCA and City Design Review before production begins.
Smaller projects (8-30 banners) require a minimum of two weeks to develop the city proposal, have city review, print the banners and post the banners.
Larger projects require a month's lead time to accomodate approval and printing needs.
