DCA & DCIC New Board Members

Downtown Cleveland Alliance and Downtown Cleveland Improvement Corporation welcome eight new board members.  

On Thursday, November 17th, the Downtown Cleveland Improvement Corporation (DCIC) held their 17th Annual Meeting for all current members. DCIC is comprised of all real property owners within the Downtown Cleveland Improvement District.

DCIC elected eight new members for expiring terms, including: Brian Intihar, Vice President, CRM Real Estate Services; Deb Janik, Senior Vice President of Business Development, Bedrock Cleveland; Joe Kassouf, Vice President, Prime Properties LTD; Ray Mueller, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Medical Mutual; Jason Phillips, Senior Vice President and Market Manager, PNC; Rico Pietro, Prospect Huron Pointe LLC; Doug Price, Chief Executive Officer, K&D Group; and Antonin Robert, President of Community Development, GBX Group.

DCIC also re-elected the following board directors: Joe Bobeck, Jr., Chief Operating Officer, The Great Lakes Company; Tom Coyne (DCIC Vice Chair), CK Properties Inc., CK Investments Inc. & Coyne Investments LTD; Tom Einhouse (DCIC Chair), Vice President for Facilities & Capital, Playhouse Square; and Michael Sabracos, Chief Executive Officer, The Alto Group.

The meeting updated downtown property owners on Downtown Cleveland Alliance’s strategic plan and DCIC’s oversight of the Downtown Cleveland Improvement District. DCIC funds 100 percent of the Clean & Safe Ambassador Program and supports initiatives to improve the downtown economy, engagement, and experience.
