  • Downtown Green Team

    The Downtown Green Team helps keep Downtown’s public spaces spruced-up and beautiful. Consisting of community volunteers, the group assists in various Downtown beautification efforts. Examples of Green Team initiatives include planting and pruning, trimming, painting, litter removal, infrastructure audits and more.

  • City Advocates

    Downtown Cleveland, Inc’s City Advocates program develops the next generation of city builders. Throughout the nine-month program, participants gain a greater appreciation for our community’s assets, understand the complexity of the challenges it faces, and learn to become part of the solutions that drive change.

  • Make a Donation

    We are dedicated to making Downtown Cleveland the most dynamic place to live, work, play, and visit. Your donation helps us enhance the quality of life in our urban core by implementing initiatives like Clean & Safe Ambassadors, the #VoicesofCLE public art initiative, The Business Development Center, and signature events such as WinterLand and Juneteenth Freedom Fest.

Tabling Inquiries

Are you looking to table at a Downtown Cleveland Event? Hosting a pop-up company or organization promotional table at a Downtown Cleveland event is a benefit of membership and can also be permitted when promoting downtown events and stakeholder services. Please complete the form and a team member will contact you.

  • Call this all-purpose city number to report most issues you encounter, then your request will be sent to the appropriate department (Public Works Issues, Public Health, etc.)

    Things like:

    Sidewalk hazards

    Infrastructure damage and dilapidation

    ADA infrastructure damage

    Construction debris

    Scooter/E-bike pathway blockage

    Snow removal

    Ice/snow safety concerns

    Continued street closures

    Potholes

    Illegal dumping

  • Call 911 for immediate services, any general safety issues, and for issues when you’re not sure who to call.

  • Stay safe downtown by reporting city outages and other utility concerns.

  • Ambassadors provide a wide range of city services that keep our streets clean and safe (just like the name!)
