DCA SEEDS Program is dedicated to supporting the unsheltered community by teaching participants professional skills to aid them in securing long-term employment and maintain permanent housing in the hopes of transitioning them from the social services system all together.

The Downtown Cleveland Alliance is constantly adapting to meet the ever-changing needs of the city. Specifically, The Clean, Safe, and Welcoming program has made some new improvements in order to exceed the expectations of residents, workers, and visitors.

DCA continues to take concrete steps to advocate for and assist the unsheltered population, specifically individuals experiencing chronic homelessness.

DCA’s Clean & Safe Program enhances the pedestrian experience through various services. We work collaboratively with many agencies to provide pathways to support those in need.
